A hacker is someone who typically ignores the rules and “thinks outside the box.” So, think of "growth hacking" as a mindset that believes that through experimentation, sales growth can be accelerated in innovative ways that lower the customer cost of acquisition (COCA) when compared to industry averages.

In this interactive workshop with breakout sessions, you’ll learn:

1. How to identify and understand the decision-making process of your ideal customer personas that can accelerate growth the fastest.

2. Twenty websites you probably have never heard of that will reduce your COCA and save time.

3. Growth hacking case studies not widely-publicized.

4. How to ask the right questions that identify the right unique strategies applicable for your unique market opportunities.

The presenter Alex Lavidge was formerly VP Business Development at Variable, Inc. (which Manufacturing Global called one of the top 10 manufacturing startups in the world in 2014) and former Director of GIGTANK (a startup accelerator program) and Entrepreneur-In-Residence at The Company Lab, has advised over 200+ startups in his ten year career since he moved to Silicon Valley. Currently, Lavidge manages The Startup Experts, a market research and sales agency that helps aspiring entrepreneurs and startups across the country validate product-market fit and hack predictable sales growth before seeking investment capital.
